Dr Lars Öjefors retired from his position as president of Industrifonden (Swedish Industrial Development Fund) in early 2005. Industrifonden, a major player on the Swedish venture capital market, was established by the Swedish government in 1979 to help Swedish companies grow. Prior to Industrifonden, Dr Öjefors held key leadership positions at Axel Johnson AB and NYDO Co with interests in the energy and environment sectors.
Between 1998 and 2008, Dr Öjefors was actively involved as board member and as chairman in building CONNECT Sweden, an entrepreneur network organization. Today, he continues to play an active role in the Swedish industrial and research sectors and holds a number of board appointments. He chairs a fuel cells research program under MISTRA, the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Environmental Research and is a member of The Royal Swedish Academy for Engineering Sciences.
Dr Öjefors received his PhD in Chemical Technology from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology (KTH, Kungliga Tekniska högskolan) in 1975.

Richard has been engaged as a free lance adviser, inspirer and provocateur on questions regarding strategic conversations and innovative forms of education since the mid 1980′s. Between 1989 and 2005 he worked as a researcher and assistant professor at the School of Business, Stockholm University. Earlier, Richard studied at the Department of Business Administration at the Stockholm University (1985-1989). Before that he worked with quality issues concerning microelectronics and the development of computer and communications systems at Ericsson Telecommunications (1978-1984). The year in between these jobs he was bumming around the globe.
Richard Gatarski’s special field is marketing, social science, digital technology, electronic media and how people and machines use them. His clients are basically people working with human as well as computer development. He is also an experienced teacher in the subjects of communication, information, E-business and consumer behavior at a number of academic and private institutions.

Lennart has been the co-founder and chairman of the board of Biorecro AB, a Swedish cleantech company since 2007. Biorecro is working with negative carbon emissions as a climate mitigation tool, using a technology called BECCS. Please see www.biorecro.com for a presentation of the company.
Educated within the fields of engineering and social psychology, he started his first company in 1987 that offered counseling, psychotherapy and education. Since 2000 he has been active in helping other people create business opportunities and start companies. He has served as business angel, coach and mentor for a network of female entrepreneurs.
Lennart is actively working for ameliorating the conditions for children in our society. For many years his company hosted a summer camp for children with specific needs. In many periods of his life he has taken care of young people in distress together with his family. This year he is committed to the district board of Save the Children Sweden / Uppland.
He has three sons, aged 15, 17 and 19 years old and also a daughter that is 19. From them, he is learning the essentials of life.
